Inspi-Wednesday

This Wednesday, I was inspired to share with you what I've done these past few days. I also been trying to take pictures of anything and everything. Here are the results:

1 // My mommy bought my favorite fruit this week!
2 // I had a Panera Bread date with myself. I ate a Caesar Salad and Chipotle Chicken Sandwich.
3 // I got a free lipstick from M.A.C. and I've worn it every day since I've bought it.
4 // I can't just pass by a Starbucks and not get a drink.
5 // I don't own anything green. Sorry St. Patrick.
6 // I finally lit my Green Tea Sage candle that I got from Target two weeks ago.
7 // I have a sick addiction to taking pictures of pretty skies.
8 // I went thrifting with Alyssa on Monday.
9 // Alyssa looking foxy in the hottest skirt we found at Goodwill.
10 // I got Hailee the cutest elephant mug ever and I got myself another mug because of reasons.
11 // Tonight I forgot that the local donut shop only takes cash. I never carry cash, so he gave us our donuts for free.
12 // My Free People scarf came in the mail today. It's massive.

Not photographed: Amy, Madison, and Alyssa all came over and we had a nail painting party while we watched the season finale of Pretty Little Liars. I can't even begin to talk about that show right now. I have too many feelings.

I hope you all have a sensational Wednesday!

Happy Caturday!

It's Caturday right meow. :3
I just want a cat okay?

But, that's besides the point. Today, I would like to share with you about what I did yesterday. I woke up Friday morning feeling even more ill than the night prior. I laid in bed until the last moment possible and then forced myself to put on my clothes and brave girl face and go to work. Turns out they only needed me for two hours and let me leave extremely early. So I decided to treat myself to this beaut: a grande Iced Hazelnut Macchaito with a shot of Toffee Nut.

And yes, it's as delicious as it looks. Then I drove home to meet up with my dear friend, Melissa. We hung around my house, caught up, and then got some food. I missed her. It was so great to see her! She then left for work and I laid in bed and watched multiple episodes of Clothes Encounters on Youtube. My family came home and we all went out to dinner.

Isn't my sister the cutest? After our delectable dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, my family and I went across the street to Target where we got candy to sneak into the movie we were seeing later that night. I managed to wander off and find myself in the candle aisle for almost ten minutes smelling all of the wonderful scents. I committed to two candles.

The Blue Agave candle smells like a strong, burly man. I can't even begin to explain what that even smells like. It's just amazing. You'll either have to take my word for it or go to Target and figure it out yourself. Once we made it out of the store, we drove to buy our movie tickets. We saw Oz, the Great and Powerful  and it was amazing. (I may be biased considering that The Wizard of Oz was my favorite movie as a child) I say go see it anyways! Once we bought the tickets, we walked over to Petco and looked at the kitties that were available for adoption. I fell in love with this baby:

Her name is Missy and I'm pretty sure we're soul mates. I want to adopt her so badly. Look at her pressing her cheek against mine. Love at first sight. Anyways, once I said farewell to my future pet, we walked to Starbucks where I purchased two more mugs (which I have no room for).

They are gorgeous though. I couldn't resist. We then waiting in the movie theater hallways waiting for the movie to start.

I felt like a child. I was so giddy and excited throughout the entire movie. I am probably going to go see it again. You all don't understand the obsession I once had (that is now coming back). Then this happened:

The movie ended and now I'm sad because it's not allowed to end.
So, here is the end of this post.
Long live the Great and Powerful Oz!

Currently,

I am bundled up in my cozy bed, listening to Ben Howard, and I am lacking inspiration for a well thought out post. So today, I am going to share with you some pictures I found while scrolling through my phone. I think they are nice. Please excuse my massive amounts of lameness that is caused by deprivation of sleep. Here are some low quality iPhone photos to start off your Thursday.

These were a few of my favorite photos I have collected over the past couple of months. I hope you enjoyed them. Sorry for my laziness and lack of creativity tonight.

PS. Nothing beats coming home to little surprises from your mommy.

Shout out to my mother (who I know is probably reading this). Love you!

On that note, Happy Thursday! Xoxo

Today was extremely crazy. I basically worked from sun up to sun down. So it left me no time to plan an actual post. So, I'm just going to give you a little synopsis of what my Wednesday was like.

My day started at six thirty in the morning. I work a split shift at my first job on Wednesdays. I go in at seven thirty until eight forty five. I then go back at two thirty and work until four thirty. I was awoken from my mid-day nap by a phone call by my boss asking me to come in early because my love, Madison, was out sick for the day. I threw on some clothes and raced to work (I hope you're feeling better if you're reading this, boo).

If you do not know, I work at an elementary school. So, I spent the first half of my shift with the kindergartners and the second half with the older kids. I got to organize an after school game of soccer. The older boys do not like to play fair. They are smack talking with me because I "am a girl and am not cool to play with." I was talking with one of the tightest fourth graders ever, when this happened:

It was definitely the funniest moment of my day. Child like insults are always the best kind of insults. I then had to rush home to eat some food, shower, and drive to my second job (a cashier at Mexican take out place). It was extremely slow so I was able to get off fifteen minutes early. I treated myself to my free drink courtesy of the Starbucks that is located next to where I work. I'm just enabling my addiction. Oh well!

Proof of the addiction. Feel free to judge me.

So I am finally home and spending my evening curled up in my heating blanket and fluffy pillows while sipping on this delightful drink.

PS. I tried doing my hair all fancy last night.

I am going to try and wear my hair like this sometime this week (I definitely need to invest in a nice camera. These iPhone photos aren't going to cut it).

Well, I hope your day wasn't as hectic as mine was to me (unless you're into that sort of thing).
Thanks for reading!
