Friday Favorites

Happy Friday everyone. Home decor and design has always been a favorite thing of mine. In the last few years, I have become extremely interested. I feel like I spend more money at Cost Plus than I do at any other clothing store. I dream of the days I will have an entire house to use as a blank canvas for design. I've been online window shopping for my future house. Here's a little glimpse at what I find beautiful.

Side Note!

I apologize for my lack of posting lately. I have been swamped with work and I got sick (again). I'm pretty sure I'm allergic to the food at my work. I may never eat there again. Throwing up is on my list of Least Favorite Things. So I'll spare my body the agony by depriving it of fish tacos. Nothing is fun about coming home late from work and spending your sleepless night with your head in the toilet. All I've done all day was sleep in until 2:30, take a bath, eat some toast, and watch horrible television. Sounds fun, right?

Well, I have one week off of work from one of my jobs next week (perks of working for a school). I am ready to have some real time off. Hello, Spring Break!

Recap Time

Sunday:
I decided to go to Cost Plus and buy a bunch of unnecessary googies ie. jewelry, candles, bottled beverages, and my new favorite hat. I'm never want to take it off. Then I drove to Alyssa's house and we decided to venture to the coast. We went to Frosted where we got the most scrumptious cupcakes ever. We also saw the cupcake stick signs and felt like they were too accurate not to buy. We made friends with the employees due to our loud discussions about ketchup and ranch. We then walked down the street to Starbucks. I made up a new concoction to drink (Iced Green Tea Lemonade with two shots of raspberry). I also bought JT's new CD. It's pure gold. GO BUY IT.

Monday:
I woke up and had a delicious breakfast. Then went to work for six hours. I got off and relaxed at home. I bought some songs on iTunes and then was picked up by Alyssa and Christian. We drove to the coast again and got some ice cream. I made friends with the employees and they gave me some free toppings. We then walked the pier and nommed on our sweet treats. We then made our way down to the playground next to the pier and had a photo shoot. We walked back to the car and picked up Austin. We drove to our local Starbucks and relaxed until we all parted ways.

And today, my best friend Jasmine is coming to visit me. I am beyond excited. I'll make sure to post about our excursions soon!
