Mornings.

Work work work. That is what my life is consisting of at this point in time. This week I was scheduled all night shifts (with the exception of my morning shift on Sunday). I am slowly realizing that I don't mind this. Morning is my favorite time of day anyways. Why not soak it up? I've been enjoying it in various ways. I went out to lunch with my family yesterday. On Monday, I rearranged my room, got breakfast with Alyssa, and then went antique shopping. I got a vintage photograph, a thermos, and a lovely crochet garland (seen in photo above). I'm feeling quite content.

I am also thrilled that it's officially Autumn! Although this Southern California weather thinks it can still be Summer. I don't approve, but I shall wait patiently. I will continue to consume copious amounts of hot beverages and wear sweaters like I did all Summer long anyways. Judge me. I don't actually own any "hot weather appropriate" clothes. Long sleeves for life!
