Thrifty Finds: The La Bomba Dress

I got this dress on Monday at the cutest vintage shop called La Bomba in Long Beach. It had a white backing, but it decided to cut it out for an open back. I think it looks better that way. It was only $22 so I couldn't pass it up. I'm debating whether or not to hem it. What do you guys think? Thanks for reading, my kittens! xoxo
