It's been a few days since I last wrote. I've been crazy busy with working and spending time with my family and friends. I spent Friday all over the place. I was constantly on the move for the majority of the day. It was one of the best days I've had in a while though. I got to spend time with a lot of people who I care about.

I also got my first paycheck from my new job. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount. To reward myself for my hard work, I filled up my gas tank and bought some Girl Scout cookies.
Saturday was even busier than Friday. I got to spend time with my family all day. I had lunch with my mother and sister which is always a fun time. We then picked up my sister's boyfriend, Rigel, and my father and drove to Newport to file our tax return paperwork. I did my nails in the car and they turned out half so-so/half wonky.
We then all piled back into the car and drove to my baby cousin's second birthday party.

I am impatiently waiting for him to become my brother-in-law. I know it isn't happening for years, but still. He's one of the coolest people ever. (And him and my sister are completely precious and they make me cry at their cuteness almost daily.)
Then we made it to the party and I was able to see all of my relatives. It was a blast! After hours of scarfing down hot dogs and taking countless amounts of photos, the party came to a close. My family and I drove back home and I went to work. It went by extremely quickly even though I didn't get off work until eleven. I was quite pleased. I got my schedule for next week's shifts and I picked up an extra day. Hooray for big paychecks!

So yes, I have always been a cat loving, food consuming, sassy lady. Some things never change.
